NOC Board of Regents meeting rescheduled to Feb. 24
The Northern Oklahoma College Board of Regents meeting set for Thursday, Feb. 18 has been moved to Wednesday, Feb. 24 due to inclement weather on Feb. 18. Regents will meet at 1 p.m. in the Renfro Center at NOC Tonkawa.
