Become an NOC Student

Application Deadline: XX/XX/XXXX

Use our general online application to start your educational journey at any of our locations or online. It takes minutes to complete. 

Nursing

Application Deadline: XX/XX/XXXX

All students interested in our Associate in Science in Nursing program must first apply to NOC through our general application and also fill out an additional application. Traditional students (without relevant healthcare experience) should use a separate application from current licensed practical nurses (LPNs).

Process Technology

Application Deadline: XX/XX/XXXX

Our Associate in Applied Science in Engineering and Industrial Science – Process Technology (PTEC) option is available at our Tonkawa location every fall and admits around 24 students. Interested students must first apply to NOC through our general application and then complete a separate PTEC application.

Digital Media Institute

Application Deadline: XX/XX/XXXX

Located at NOC Tonkawa, the Digital Media Institute (DMI) offers a two-year associate’s degree program that admits 20 students each year.

What to Expect When You Apply

Read through the steps below to understand the application process.

  1. Once you click Apply Now, you’ll need to create an account with us.

  2. Click on “New User Sign Up,” and fill out your details.
  3. You’ll receive an email with a link to get started.
  4. Clicking on the link will open a Salesforce screen that prompts you to update your password.
  5. Once you update your password, you’ll be taken to the Application screen.
  6. Select your student type and what term you’d like to begin classes from the drop-down menus.
  7. After you click “Continue,” you move into the main application.
  8. Please fill out all of the form fields, including which campus you’d like to attend, demographic information, student information, high school name, and previous college enrollment history.
  9. On the left-hand side of the website page, the circles and lines will reflect your progress as you go. Green indicates you’ve completed that section.
  10. Submit documents, including high school transcripts, ACT/SAT scores, and other university/ college transcripts if you’re transferring to NOC.
  11. You can sign out at any time and sign back in to continue working on your application. The “Review Application” button allows you to go through all your information before submitting.
  12. Once you submit your application, you’re well on your way to becoming an NOC student!
