Your Guide to Becoming an NOC Student

  1. Complete an online application.

    Fill out our free online form with your basic information and educational background.

  2. Submit your documents.

    Request that your high school transcripts be sent to NOC and submit placement test results (ACT/SAT). Transferring to NOC? Share college transcripts showing your grade average.

  3. Register for a campus specific enrollment session.

    After you submit your application and documents, it’s time to enroll so you can start changing your life at NOC.

  4. Apply for financial aid

    Gather materials (social security card, driver’s license, W2 forms, and last year’s income for you and your parents), create an FSA ID, and complete FAFSA. *NOC school code is 003162.

  5. Apply for scholarships

    Apply for scholarships and explore grant opportunities to make your time at NOC as affordable as possible.

At our Stillwater location, the NOC/OSU Gateway Program provides opportunities to students that would otherwise not be admitted to Oklahoma State University.

Students can enroll concurrently in NOC and NWOSU in our Bridge Program for expanded college education opportunities and student services. 

Self-motivated students who need a flexible learning environment will find our many online and hybrid courses academically rigorous and fulfilling. 

A hub for degree programs from Oklahoma colleges, University Center at Ponca City allows students to choose their coursework at a time convenient for them.
