At the 2023 Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo 16 Northern Oklahoma College Ag students participated in the Open Sheep Show.
They exhibited 17 of the sheep from the NOC Sheep Center while in attendance.
NOC students exhibited the Reserve Champion Dorset Ram and the Reserve Champion Suffolk Ewe.
