Your Gateway to a Four-Year Degree

Unlike our Tonkawa and Enid locations, NOC Stillwater operates like a true bridge program providing students who would otherwise not be admitted to OSU to take foundational courses, increase their grade point average, and prepare to transfer to OSU or other four-year institutions. Stillwater students have dual access to NOC’s affordable and supportive class environment and the facilities, events, and campus life at OSU.
